Legacy iOS SDK

The iOS native SDK is implemented in Objective-C with an Objective-C interface.

The SDK provides access to the following use cases:
  • Request and submit answers to pre-chat, post-chat and unavailable chat forms

    The core level SDK includes classes and protocols that implement chat services.
  • BoldChatViewController Integration
    The BoldChatViewController interface is configurable and customizable, and it is the easiest way to access Bold360 services.
  • BoldChatViewController Customization
    When BoldChatViewController is initialized a BoldChatViewSettings instance needs to be passed to it. It contains a lot of properties that perform the customizations of the views of the component. This setting can only be set at the initialization of the view controller, and cannot be changed later.
