SDK component classes

This set of UI controls allows you to customize the subset of controls available to customers.

The available controls include a query field, a channeling bar (which can contain links to live chat, a phone dialog, and a contact form), a FAQ list, feedback controls, and social media sharing icons. You can add these controls to a web page and customize them through the Web SDKs listed in the following table.

The floating and embedded widgets are built on top of the SDK component classes.
